Hôtel OFF Paris

We carried out the complete interior design of the Off Paris Seine hotel, inaugurated on June 23, 2016, in Paris. Moored at Quai d’Austerlitz, this establishment made history as the capital’s first floating hotel, offering a unique experience on the Seine.

Designed to blend contemporary aesthetics with a riverfront ambiance, it features 58 rooms and suites overlooking either the Left or Right Bank, a panoramic bar, a small pool, and a marina.

Driven by an innovative vision, this project showcases our expertise in interior design and our ability to transform an unconventional space into an exceptional destination, anchored in the heart of Paris.
